Spicy Buttered Crab
The easiest yet delightful recipe for the crab which makes cooking fun & exciting.
Recipes
1 pound crab
1 cup butter, do NOT substitute!
1 1/2 teaspoons dry white wine
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
1 pcs red chili pepper chopped
salt and pepper, to taste
In a skillet, melt butter over low heat, add seasonings, chili pepper and wine. Stir well.
Add crab and saute, turning gently to keep the lumps as whole as possible until crab is warm. Serve immediately.
